Georgian wrestlers broke the tradition and they will start new season in November-December instead of January. According to the decision of Georgian Wrestling Federation, free style wrestling championship will be held on November 25-26. Greco-Roman ones will compete on December 22-23.
According to preliminary agenda, free style wrestlers would have find out prize-winners and champions on December 26-27, but then data was changed. Classic wrestlers will compete at the international tournament named after Oleg Karavev in the capital of Belarus, Minsk on November 25-26. In ten days Begi Darchia’s team leaves for Belarus and will finish season of 2010 with this tournament.
Georgian Championship will be hosted by Judo Academy named after Shota Chochishvili. Wrestlers did not like their training gym and had training in Sport Palace. Unfortunately, there was not enough money for hiring the Sport Palace for this tournament.
According to joint decision of Wrestling National Federation and coaches of national team, no one will be able to avoid competing in this tournament without serious reason.
